Not on its own. It gives us everything we need to get started, and a coordinator will call you to confirm the pickup window and the cost. Your ride is booked once we have spoken.

How much will it cost?
It depends on distance, the equipment you need and whether it is a round trip. We quote before you commit, and the figure we give you is the figure you pay.
Can I book several trips at once?
Yes. Standing schedules for dialysis, therapy or recurring appointments are one of the most common things we set up. Mention it in the additional details box and we will arrange the lot in one phone call.
What if my appointment runs late?
It happens constantly and we plan for it. For round trips you can give us a return time or simply tell us you will call when you are ready.
